Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept many merchandise returns within 60 days of purchase.

We offer 3 options for our U.S. Customers:


1. Refund: You will receive a refund back to your original payment method when you use our FREE return label. Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund.

2. Exchange: You love your item, but need a different size, or color? No worries! Exchange requests must be received within 60 days of the original shipment date. We provide free exchanges!

3. Store Credit + $5 Extra Discount: We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 60 days of your shipping date, you can receive a Xenzi store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and additional $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for up to 60 days of the original shipment date.

US Return & Exchange Policy

The following policy applies to continental US orders only.

Return Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 60 days of your original order shipment date.

Item(s) Which are Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Merchandise recieved in worn, washed, damaged, used, or altered condition.
  • Products with missing original box, parts or accessories,
  • Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Returns received by Xenzi between 31 and 60 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Once a return has been issued store credit, we are unable to reverse the process. If 60 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Packaging Requirements:

Your item must be in its original packaging intact and resalable condition.

Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. If swimsuit is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will receive no refund or store credit.

International Return Policy

The following policy applies to International (Outside of continental US) orders only.

Return Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, item(s) must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Return Process:

Please contact us at support@xenzi.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) first and we will send you one along with return warehouse address details. Never return your item(s) to it's originating address without getting a Return Authorization first.

Unfortunately we DO NOT offer free return shipping label for our International Customers at this time. Please feel free to use the shipping method of your choosing to send your items back to us! When returning your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information provided.

We DO NOT offer exchanges for our International Customers. If you need a different size or color please return your item(s) back to us and place a new order.
