BECOMING A RETAILER
To open a wholesale account, please complete the application on our Wholesale Application page and we will be in touch with you shortly.
HOW TO ORDER
If you are provided a wholesale account you can order through our website by signing in with your username and password. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice in the email for the total charges with shipping.
A minimum order of $200 is required on opening orders. There is no minimum quantity required for any of the item. All orders must be paid for before items are shipped out.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. The shipping is free for any domestic (continental USA) orders over $200 and Canada orders over $300. For International shipments local taxes and customs fees may apply.
Most of the orders will ship out in 1-3 business days. Although we mostly use USPS or FedEx, we reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. for delivery. Shipping / handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and US issued checks. Your check must be cleared on our account before we ship your order.
We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing the order. The cancellation request may not be approved if the shipment of your order has already been initiated in our warehouse.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 calendar days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Return of defective merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
